really slow jog/walk for 3.34 miles. it was rough today! but i did a 5k :-)

lunch: frozen amy's indian food, one slice of chicken breast, few slices of cheddar cheese, one apple, one kiwi

snack: one apple and some almond butter

dinner: 1 veggie patty +few cheese slices and ketchup

sparkling water to drink

been off the wagon a lot lately. need to start exercising again and get back on the wagon!

weds nite- huge indian dinner buffet

thurs-scrambled eggs (1.5 eggs) and one piece of whole wheat toast for brekkie/lunch. snack at 4pm- one small bag (2 servings) of kettle chips salt and 2 servings of odwalla strawberry vit c drink. dinner- one amy's frozen bean and cheese burrito.

fri-one muffin from muffin mania (1.5 servings?), one oz diet soda (no calories), one 1/4 lb cheeseburger from phyllis's giant burger

15 mins jog 4 mins hooping

dinner: WF salad (remainder)+ chicken sausage

1.4 miles jog in 15 mins (10.7 minute mile)

dinner: some chipotle (not the whole burrito though). saving the rest of chipotle for tomorrow!

45 mins hula hooping at bay area hoopers. will jog or do yoga later.

5pm- 30 mins jogging 2 mi 121.6 calories. 115.4 lbs naked.
